Description: ‘Horn of the bull’ name refers to this Italian pepper’s long and tapered shape. Traditionally fried in olive oil with onion and yellow Corno Di Toro peppers. Delicious when fire-roasted on the grill or in the oven. Sweet, full pepper flavor.

‘Bull’s horn’ Italian yellow peppers start as a pale green, ripen to a rich golden yellow and are slightly sweeter than the red, with a fruity flavor. Pair them with the red Corno Di Toro for a full pepper flavor burst!

Orange Sun (OP)

This medium-sized three-four lobed bell was developed for short season Northern growers. Fruit is delicious eaten fresh or used for stuffing. These reliable plants produce good quality and fairly uniform fruit on an open pollinated plant.
